TERTIARY LMS
The Tertiary LMS iOS app and AI-LMS-TMS Android companion are operated by Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd for registered learners and trainers. Last updated: 7 September 2026.
The app uses your registered email, name, account identifier, assigned classes and course-material links to provide access to the learning portal. The portal stores enrolment and teaching records. When you enable reminders, your Apple Push Notification service (iOS) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) device token is linked to your portal account.
Verification codes are single-use. iOS codes expire after 10 minutes; Android codes expire after the provider’s 30-minute OTP period. iOS session tokens are stored in the Keychain; Android sessions use Android Keystore-backed encrypted preferences. Apple processes iOS push delivery; iOS notification text does not include your course title or personal details. For the Android companion, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging processes the device push token, account identifier and class-reminder content (course title, date, time and session identifiers) to deliver the notification. These service providers are used only for app functionality, not advertising or analytics. Your configured email provider delivers OTP messages. Course materials may open on Google Drive or other provider-hosted services subject to their own policies.
The app does not use advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics. Feedback opens a WhatsApp draft; nothing is sent until you send it. Adding a class to Apple Calendar is optional and uses Apple’s calendar editor.
Disable notifications in your iOS or Android device settings. Sign out to revoke your session and unregister this device. On iOS, Account → Delete account permanently removes your shared portal login credentials and profile identity, revokes sessions and stops reminders. On Android, the deletion option opens an email request to sales@tertiarycourses.com.sg for provider processing; it does not delete the account immediately. Your provider retains training, attendance, assessment and financial records required for its training administration and statutory obligations; these are not erased by deleting your portal login.
